About Me

I am an herbalist and flower essence practitioner, in practice since 1996. I have co-created with Nature more than 200 flower essences, most from the wild plants of New England, but also some from the garden, and some from houseplants. I see clients in my home office in South Berwick, Maine and teach classes there as well. Lichenwood Herbals flower essences and herbal products are available for purchase through my website, or at select local herb shops and massage practices.
