I took this picture standing behind the statue of Pan inside the Stone Grotto at Newbury Perennials, Newbury, Massachusetts several years ago.
Earth Day is coming up on April 22nd. In anticipation of this celebration, I am offering a group meditation experience at Misty Meadows Herbal Center in Lee, New Hampshire on Friday, April 6th from 7-9pm. This will be a proactive meditation with a sending out of positive intention for the healing of Mother Earth. Before we begin, there will be a brief discussion about flower essences that can aid you in your work as an Earth Healer. Each person will then combine the essences that most resonate with them to create a “meditation cup” composed of flower essences and pure well water. We will bless these sacred drinks, ingest them, and begin meditation. This will be a guided meditation lasting 30-45 minutes with discussion to follow. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a chalice, or special glass to serve as a meditation cup. Each person will receive a handout describing the flower essences. 25% of each class registration will be donated to The Nature Conservancy. Please call Misty Meadows at 603-659-7211 to sign up for this event.
There are many pressing issues regarding Earth healing. I have been asking about the health of local bees and not getting happy answers. When I visited Molly’s Blog (Green Hope Farm) I wasn’t surprised to see that her latest entry focuses on the Bee Nation. I encourage everyone to read this blog entry and do all they can to clear the land spaces around them.
As you meditate daily, check in with the Nature spirits of the land around you. You may receive suggestions for particular techniques to cleanse and clear the natural spaces around you. The more you listen and respond, the more the devic realm will engage in dialog with you.
What a beautiful idea, I believe in healing nature so much too.
